We have been denied (100% denial) access, to every affiliate program, with multiple attempts, ending with the same failed results. We have applied to programs such as (but not limited to): Amazon Associates, Commission Junction, Skim Links, and eBay. The reason for denial have ranged from: 1. No reason specified, 2. We don’t comply with Community Standards, and saving the best for last – from eBay – 3. Right360 is a threat to the eBay Community.
Additionally, we’ve also filed a compliant with the House Judiciary Community; however, I have not yet heard anything from that filling.

AdministratorApril 8, 2025 at 8:42 pm in reply to: Conservative Sites – Declined/Defunded/Rejected1462 PointsGood Day Everyone,
AdvertisementsBack around 2020, when I/We started seeing all the Conservative type of sites disappearing… I started to capture all the Conservative sites I could find and/or pull them back out of my history.
With all the content I had, I decided to stand up a Conservative site that would point to all those sites that were being de-listed/removed. I figured, since I was in IT and Cyber… that I knew something that they must not… I’d built other sites and got them ranked in the first pages of G—gle… why would this be any harder. What an arrogant and now humbling experience this effort has been.
Back around 2021 I did several searches for domain names that might be short, catchy and easily remembered; $15,000 later… hurdle one achieved: Right360.com (StartPage)
I designed the layout/requirements, hired a dev team and built the proof of concept (beta)… hurdle two achieved… so far, so good.
I worked with dev, over 9-months, to refine the site into a production model; released v1… hurdle three.I submitted all the sitemaps to the search engines… it took a couple of months to get indexed. Things were looking okay… Bing, DuckDuck, and Yahoo started ranking some of the pages; however, not G—gle. After a couple of years, we finally got a couple of pages ranked within G search. It also took multiple attempts to get added to the G Ad-Sense program with multiple denials along the way… we still have denials that we can’t get cleared.
Switching gears a little bit here… I don’t want to lose track of the thought.
When I sit back and ponder all the other issues that I’ve experienced along this journey… I also wondered who could be behind it. Who has the clout and “trust” and might be hiding behind the “Do no evil!” mentality. Somehow, some agenda is sync’ing all this censorship…AdvertisementsI’ve applied to several affiliate programs, to help monetize the hosting/development of the sites. I’ve applied to Amazon multiple times over the years; qualified with the three qualifying sales… and then denied… rinse/repeat… I think we are on attempt nine. I’ve applied multiple times to eBay only to be told that the Right360 site poses a “threat” to the eBay community and the decision was final with no appeal. I’ve also applied, multiple times, to Commission Junction and Skim Links only to be told that Right360 doesn’t align with their community standards. It’s been a 100% denial after denial… so consistent that it must be organized by someone hosting a blacklist for all these type of companies to reference who can and can’t play in their big tech world.
The few times I’ve been able to make contact with support, I’ve asked what the violation was/is and/or the standard that isn’t being met. I get nothing back… just denial… try again. I think the main reason for our repeated denials is guilty by association… we link to all the things liberals hate: Christian, Conservative, Constitution, Breitbart, NewsMax, OAN, etc.
We have filed two complaints with the Department of Justice and have started a blog of our efforts on our Right360 Forums, just in case your curious.

AdministratorMarch 4, 2025 at 5:55 pm in reply to: Conservative Sites – Declined/Defunded/Rejected1462 PointsThought for later recall…
NOTE: This comment didn’t make it into the House Judiciary Committee or the FTC comments.
When it comes to approvals… the Right360 site appears to have several pages approved/listed/ranked within the Top-10 listings of many Search Engines. However, when it comes to Google, we might only have one to two that make the Top-10 ranking, of the 614 pages that Google reports as indexed.
The thought is, maybe Google is hosting the “block list”… and disseminating or making it available via back/side channels to other Tech companies to penalize those who don’t “align” with Big Tech.
The behavior appears to have a correlation…
– Difficult to get listed/ranked in the Alphabet Search Engine.
– Impossible (to date) to get approved for: Amazon, eBay, Commission Junction, Skim LinksAdvertisements -

I’m the owner of Right360 LLC, which is a Colorado based Conservative StartPage/Portal, News, Social, and Blog Website.
I have spent years trying to apply to affiliate programs, such as: Amazon, eBay, Commission Junction, and SkimLinks. However, I have been denied 100%, multiple times, with various reasons from none, to we don’t comply with community standards, to we are a “threat” to their community. The denials come with no examples of wrong doing and/or no appeals to challenge or correct misinformation.
We believe that liberal institutions are still somehow set against Conservatives.
As a Conservative I link to many of the primary Conservative sites that have been know to have been blocked and believe that my business is being shadow penalized by these liberal big tech companies because my company links to them.Again, there is no reason why Right360.com should be denied 100%, of all our requests, for inclusion to monetary reward via affiliate programs.

Sir/Ma’am,
We have received a denial letter stating that we are denied because the site was identified as a Search Engine. We are considered a Start Page Portal with handpicked resources for our users. We are not a Search Engine as we don’t maintain any Search Bots; every site is hand-picked and reviewed.
Example: We are in the same website category(ies) as other approved Amazon Associate accounts, running the websites:
– Symbaloo.com (Affiliate ID: symbaloo-20)
– Kadaza.com (Affiliate ID: httpwwwkadaza-20)

Reason: Right360 is a Search Engine
However, two other similar sites are approved and appear to have been approved on the first try, as the affiliate tags haven’t been altered. Right360 has had to pick a new affiliate name with each application.===== Denial Verbiage =====

AdvertisementsWhen #conservatives became #delisted and #censored, I decided to create the Right360 #StartPage. The focus was on Moderates to Conservatives and their everyday uses. I’ve spent years creating such a site, with all the top sites I could find.
ISSUE 1:
The Right360 site has over 500 pages, on the .com site alone, which rank very well on most search engines… However, not on G….. for some reason G….. doesn’t rank our pages.ISSUE 2:
I’ve applied (multiple times), for inclusion to multiple Affiliate Programs: Amazon, Commission Junction, eBay, and Skim Links (but not limited to).
‐ ALL DENIED ‐
Amazon: Denied multiple times (last 1/7/25), initially no reason; now say because we’re a “Search Engine”.
CJ/SL: Say we don’t align with their standards.
eBay: Say site is a threat to eBay Community.Anyone have any #Suggestions?
